I (Brad Chase) came up with the idea for WOD Challenge because it's been hard for me to get a push when I am working out in my garage by myself or with a few friends. When COVID sent everyone home in 2020, I started working out with my wife (who had been previously working out at a crossfit gym) and I could not beat her in a WOD. I was pushing harder and harder to keep up with her and I started noticing a difference in my fitness as a result.
This is where the idea for WOD Challenge was born: A way to help you get that extra push in your WOD. I hope this website helps you hate working out again (when I am in the middle of a really hard WOD, I hate it), leads you to better fitness, and gives you something to look forward to in your WODs.
